By accessing this website and booking our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. 1. Definitions
- "The Company" refers to XTERIOR CLEANING LTD, located at 276 Coniston Road, Patchway, Bristol, United Kingdom, BS34 5LS.
- "The Client" refers to the person, persons, or entity engaging the services of The Company.
- "Service" refers to any cleaning or related service provided by The Company to The Client.
2. Bookings & Quotes
All service quotes are provided based on the information supplied by The Client. Any significant discrepancy in the information provided may result in a revised quote or refusal of service. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation email from The Company, which will outline the agreed services, date, time, and estimated cost. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services rendered is due immediately upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Company accepts bank transfers and major debit/credit cards. All prices quoted are subject to VAT at the current UK rate, where applicable. Failure to make timely payment may result in late payment charges.
4. Cancellation Policy
The Client may cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking by providing at least 24 hours' notice to The Company. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the estimated service cost. This policy ensures fair compensation for our cleaning professionals.
5. Client Obligations
To ensure efficient and safe service delivery, The Client agrees to:
- Provide free access to the property at the agreed time.
- Ensure hot water and electricity are available.
- Secure or remove any fragile, valuable, or sentimental items.
- Inform The Company of any potential hazards or safety concerns within the property.
- Secure any pets away from the work area.
6. Liability & Insurance
XTERIOR CLEANING LTD is fully insured with Public Liability insurance to cover unforeseen damages. While The Company takes utmost care, we are not liable for incidental damage where the initial condition of the property or items was a contributing factor. Claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion, accompanied by photographic evidence. Our liability is limited to the extent of our insurance coverage.
7. Complaints & Claims
Any complaints or concerns regarding the quality of service must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of service completion. The Company will endeavor to resolve any issues promptly and fairly. If a re-clean is deemed necessary, it will be scheduled at the earliest convenience.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.
